What's inside
- Diagnosis codes
- 4,288 eye-care ICD-10-CM codes from the CMS FY2027 ICD-10-CM (effective Oct 1, 2026 – Sep 30, 2027). Understands POAG, AMD, NPDR, DME, OD/OS/OU and other shorthand, and asks for laterality or glaucoma stage when they're missing.
- FY2027 changes
- FY2027 adds, deletes, and retitles no eye-care diagnosis codes. Your FY2026 eye codes stay valid.
- Medicare fees
- 505 eye procedure and exam codes from the CMS CY2026 Physician Fee Schedule RVU file, October release (RVU26D, released 08/26/2026), at the $33.4009 conversion factor. National and locality payment, global days, bilateral and multiple-procedure rules.

Limits and fine print
- Limited preview: 50 tool calls per client per day, reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Don't include patient names or other identifiers in your questions. EyeCode needs only the clinical terms. We count calls per hashed IP address and don't store question text.
- Answers are reference data from public CMS files, not billing or legal advice. Your MAC has the final word.
- CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. EyeCode returns CMS payment data for CPT codes but not the AMA's CPT descriptors.
- EyeCode is built by EHRranker, whose developer also builds software for Moyae, an ophthalmology EHR.
